Since then, the band has released six more albums, three of which made the Billboard Top Ten, sold over 15 million records worldwide. SWITCHFOOT has sold over 5.7 million copies worldwide of their first nine studio albums, including their 2003 double-platinum breakthrough “The Beautiful Letdown” and 2009's Grammy Award-winning “Hello Hurricane.” Click here for ticket information, including presale opportunities, which begin on Thursday, April 6.
Young the Giant will bring it’s hugely successful “Home of the Strange” tour to Daily’s Place in early fall, building upon the success of the first leg of the tour which included 46 sold out shows. The group’s most recent studio album, “Home of the Strange,” immediately ascended to No. 1 on the iTunes Store’s “Top Alternative Albums” chart and No. 3 on the overall “Top Albums” chart upon its release last August. The album includes the exceptional tracks, “Amerika,” “Something To Believe In,” and the latest single “Silvertongue.” Along with its global popular success, the album has received widespread critical applause, highlighting how band – all either first generation Americans or immigrants themselves – have masterfully dealt with themes of identity, tradition, and assimilation in the modern world.
