The Rolling Stones will bring their hugely successful NO FILTER tour to Jacksonville, FL on July 19, 2019 at TIAA Bank Field. This will be the first time The Stones play in Jacksonville in nearly 30 years and the stadium is one of only 13 cities across America the band will visit in 2019.
The tour follows NO FILTER dates this past year that have taken Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood back out on the road amassing rave reviews as they played to sold out stadiums throughout the UK and Europe. All guests entering the stadium must have a ticket and are subject to a metal detection search. Make sure to arrive early to ensure you are through security prior to the show’s start. No re-entry will be permitted. Non-clear bags, wallets and small clutches must be no larger than 4.5”x6.5”.
Tickets may be purchased via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster by phone. To purchase tickets in person please visit the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office.
The event day box office is located outside of Gate 1 and opens at noon. The box office will handle all will call and event day ticket purchases. Temporary box office parking is available until 3:30 p.m.
Please have your tickets ready and phone brightness turned up before arriving for the concert for ease of scanning. No re-entry is permitted.
Wristband and field ticket will be required for field-level access
Wristband stations will be located inside Gates 1 and 4
Guest Services Booths:
Fans may visit these booths to ask questions and seek assistance. Guest services and staff will also be located throughout the stadium and on the field to assist as necessary. The Guest Services booths open for the concert will be located near sections 102, 144, 410, 436 and on the ground level lobby in the East and West Clubs.
BE CLEAR! Remember, TIAA Bank Field has a clear bag policy that will be strictly enforced. All bags brought into the stadium must be clear and no larger than 12”x6”x12”. Backpacks of any kind (even clear) are prohibited. Non-clear bags, wallets and small clutches must be no larger than 4.5”x6.5”. Please leave any unapproved bag in your vehicle prior to approaching gates to enter the stadium.
Other prohibited items include: Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 6”; coolers or containers including cans, cups, and bottles; food and beverage from outside the stadium; knives, guns, and any type of weapon or explosive; laser pointers; noisemakers, whistles, and air horns; pets, except service animals; seat cushions; sticks or poles, including selfie sticks; audio or video recording equipment of any kind; strollers; and umbrellas.

Arrive early! All fans will be directed to go through full metal detection screening, clear bag checks and pat-downs for stadium entry.

Rideshare and taxi drop-off before the show will be at Gate 1 on the southwest corner of the stadium. Post-event taxis will be available in the north end of the stadium across from Lot A. Guests utilizing rideshare for transportation after the show should go to either of the rideshare pick-up locations:
West side of stadium (Gate 1, 2 and West Club)
Located on A. Philip Randolph Blvd near the Sports Complex Parking Garage
East side of stadium (Gate 3, 4 and East Club)
Located on Parker Street outside of Gate 3
Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly if using rideshare or taxis.

Official TIAA Bank Field parking will also available for $40 on a first-come, first-served basis.
