NFL Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into EverBank Stadium, the Jaguars have announced an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium. The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but outline what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." All items will be subject to proper inspection at entry gate.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
Nonclear clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Any medically necessary items must be pre-approved by the Jaguars. Please contact (904) 633-2000 (option 1) or myExperience@jaguars.com to be considered for approval. All items will be subject to proper inspection at entry gate.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include, without limitation:

All bags with the exception of a 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller clutch, wallet or clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than six inches
Clothing with profane or obscene language/content
Coolers or containers, including cans, cups (except 2021 stadium souvenir cup series)
Bottles and beverages from outside the stadium (except 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water 16.9 oz or less per ticket holder)
Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
Inflatables, loungers and other floatation devices
Knives, guns and any type of weapons (including actual, toy or replica) or explosives
Laser pointers
Laptop computers
Noise makers, whistles, and air horns
Non-lethal weapons and chemical agents (i.e., pepper spray, mace and tasers)
Pets (except service animals)
Seat cushions
Signs or Banners larger than 2' x 3' (see BANNER POLICY for additional information)
Sticks or poles (including selfie sticks)
Strollers or Infant carriers
Tobacco Products (cigarettes, e cigarettes, chewing tobacco)
Umbrellas
Video equipment and tape recorders

All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search (including by walk-through magnetometers, magnetic wanding, and/or pat down) upon entry into the stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the Jaguars, the NFL, its member clubs, the City of Jacksonville, ASM Global and their respective affiliates and agents. If ticket holders elect not to consent to the searches they will be denied entry into the stadium without refund.

Fans may not check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either store their prohibited items in the Atlantic Self Storage Fan Lockers, take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. The Jaguars and the stadium partners are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.

EVERBANK FIELD FAQS

What time do the gates at EverBank Stadium open?

The South End Zone (Gates 1 and 4) will open three hours prior to game time for access to the Fan Entertainment Zone. The Bud Light Party Zone, Gallagher East Club and Gallagher West Club, Suites and Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite doors open two hours prior to kick-off. Your ticket indicates the gate most convenient to your seat. Gate 2, Gate 3, the Gallagher Club entrances, and the entire seating bowl open two hours prior to kick-off. Guests in sections 140-150 and 432-441 should use the elevator in the southeast corner of the stadium, near Gate 4. Guests in sections 113-133 and 217-229 should use the elevator between Gates 2 and 3 in the North End Zone. Guests in 101-106, 201-206, and 405-414 should use the elevator in the southwest corner of the stadium near Gate 1.

What are the hours of the game day ticket office?

Our staff in the Ford Ticket Pick Up Game Day Ticket Office will assist you with tickets ordered over the phone, via the Jaguars website, or dropped off by a friend. They can also help with any questions you may have about the activities surrounding the game. Proper photo identification is required when picking up tickets, and only the person listed on the tickets will be allowed to pick up the tickets. The Ford Ticket Pick Up Game Day Ticket Office opens three hours prior to kick-off and is located between Gates 2 and 3 in the North End Zone of the stadium. The Ford Ticket Pick Up Game Day Ticket Office is open until the end of the first quarter.

What concessions are available on game day in the general bowl seating areas?

Stadium concessions from area restaurants have multiple locations throughout the stadium. Please refer to the concourse maps for general bowl concession locations. Below you will find a comprehensive list of concession items available to you on game day. Please visit jaguars.com prior to the start of the season for the most up-to-date offerings.

Can I use a credit card in the stadium?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted throughout the stadium at all concession and merchandise locations.

Can I use cash in the stadium?

EverBank Stadium has transitioned to a cashless payment stadium ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise concessions purchases. Cash will no longer be accepted at the stadium and ATMs have been removed from the premises. Those with cash needing to convert to card can visit the nearest Guest Services Booth for assistance. Scroll to Guest Services Booth to see where they are located throughout the stadium. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including JagsPay, Apple, Google and Samsung pay.

Where can I purchase Jaguars merchandise on game day?

Fanatics is the official merchandiser of EverBank Stadium. Fanatics services all of the Jag Pro Shops as well as portable kiosks throughout the stadium and is committed to providing all of your Jaguars merchandise needs.

Jag Pro Shops are located on the lower level of the Gallagher Clubs, in the northeast corner of the stadium near section 230 (Gate 3), in the northwest corner near section 216 (Gate 2), in the southeast corner of the stadium near section 245 (Gate 4), and the west main concourse near sections 109/110. Jag Pro Shops carry the newest merchandise and apparel for all Jaguars fans.

Where can I pick up my complimentary copy of the GAMEDAY magazine?

A limited quantity of GAMEDAY magazines will be distributed by the ushers nearest to your section. If your usher no longer has magazines available, please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth.

How can I get updates about game day events?

Supply the Jaguars with your email address and receive game day highlights prior to each home game as well as all of the information you need to create a memorable game day experience including food, beverage, and merchandise specials. How do I purchase single game parking passes?

Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with your parking pass purchase. To view a parking map, please click here. Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff.

Is there a shuttle service available on game day?

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) offers its convenient Gameday Xpress with free parking on game day. The buses run to and from the stadium from several downtown and suburban locations. Shuttle service begins two hours prior to kick-off and ends one hour after the game. Extended postgame shuttle services are available from the Kings Avenue location. Fans who ride from the Kings Avenue and Prime Osborn locations receive a coupon for a free concession at the stadium. How can I be contacted in the stadium in case of an emergency?

Fans expecting emergency phone calls should leave their name and seat locations at the Guest Services Booths or Gallagher Club Concierge. If an emergency call is received, a Jaguars Fan Experience representative or usher will be dispatched to your seat location with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted. Where can I report problems to on game day?

During the game, fans can report any disturbances to the nearest Guest Services Booth, usher, security guard, or text ASSIST followed by the location and a brief description of the issue to (904) 633-6400. Guest Services Booths are located on the ground floor of the Gallagher Clubs and immediately outside the elevators on both the lower and upper levels of the Clubs; on the main concourse level Southwest outside of sections 101/102, North End Zone outside of sections 123/223, and Southeast outside of sections 144/244; East Upper Deck outside of section 437; and lastly, West Upper Deck outside of section 410. Gallagher CLUBs

When does the Gallagher Club open and close?

The Gallagher Club opens two hours prior to kick off and is open for a reasonable amount of time following the game.

What other areas of the stadium can I access with my Gallagher Club ticket?

Your ticket will give you access to both the lower and upper levels in the Gallagher Clubs as well as the Bud Light Party Zone, Sky Patio, and general concourse areas. Be sure to have your ticket with you and get your hand stamped by security before you leave the Gallagher Club.

What food choices are available on game day in the Gallagher Clubs?

The Gallagher Club offers a wide variety of culinary options. Fans can enjoy stadium classics like slow-smoked barbecue, carved sandwiches, or burritos bowls made to order. Traditional favorites like hot dogs, grilled cheeseburgers and popcorn are also available, and be sure to leave room for dessert at the Peterbrooke carts. For a great culinary experience, the upper level will feature new menu items during each game, and you may see hand-carved meats, Italian favorites, stadium fare and desserts.

Can I reserve a table or seating in the Gallagher Club lounge and dining areas?

All seating in the Gallagher Club lounge and dining areas are on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the post-game offerings in the Gallagher Clubs?

Beverages only.

What time does alcohol service end in the Gallagher Clubs?

Alcohol is served throughout the game in the Gallagher Club lounge areas. Limit two drinks per person. A double cocktail is considered two drinks. Please remember to drink responsibly.

What time does the Terrace Suite open and close?

The Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite opens two hours prior to kick off and is open for a reasonable amount of time following the game. Express access to the Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite is available on the ground level elevators at both Gates 1 & 4.

What other areas of the stadium can I access with my Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite ticket?

Guests holding a Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite ticket have access to the Gallagher Clubs lounge areas, Bud Light Party Zone and general concourse areas. Be sure to have your ticket with you prior to leaving the Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite.

What food and beverage selections are available in the Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite on game day?

Four days prior to each home game, guests can preview the Chef's Table offerings for that week.

What is included in the price of my Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite ticket?

All Chef's Table offerings, house wine and draft beer selections are included in the price of your Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite ticket. Premium wines, beers and liquors are not included in your ticket cost, but they are available for purchase on game day.

Can I purchase Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite tickets to other events held in TIAA Bank Field?

Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite holders will have the option to purchase tickets for non-Jaguars events. A Jaguars representative will contact you with purchase information.
